You can find the answer at The Stage Bar and Kitchen, situated in the fairly-new (opened November 2016) Peppers Hotel in the CBD, Perth. Although conveniently located right near the Perth Arena, the hotel can be easily passed on by city-goers. Their exterior design blends into the street alongside old buildings which have occupied the Wellington Street for decades. The building itself is designed with built-in, light-up panels which illuminate the street with vibrant colours (they also have valet parking for your convenience). Menu captures the modern essence of the hotel – from chicken consommé served cheekily in espresso cups to polenta chips with pesto mayonnaise.
