We tried out their new menu ' Berkshire Pork Platter ' which offers a starter, sides and the main platter. First up! German pretzels- dark brown, crispy (but not dry), salty crust and inside a soft plump dough. 😍 Those butter on the platter is there for a reason, so rip the knots apart and dip them into butter! Warm pretzel with salted butter   The sides were spicy wedges and shoestring fries with spices. I love my potato wedges especially with sweet chili and sour cream but they had ketchup and mayo instead - that could be a German thing, cooking or dipping a lot of things in mayo or curry-ketchup/ketchup. 😂 Regardless, those fries were seasoned perfectly, crispy and the most delicious shoestring fries I've tried in Perth...
