Vegans rejoice at Bib & Tucker

Nestled in pristine sand dunes of Leighton Beach Panoramic ocean view Open kitchen view Eamon Sullivan and Scott Bridger Eamon Sullivan, one of the owners of Bib and Tucker was the host of the event. The dinner was led by the Executive Chef Scott Bridger who has a known passion for WA local and fresh produce. This is shown throughout the Bib's menu with over 80% of ingredients being from WA, most of which are from our South West region. Moreover, Scott grows his own vegetables and herbs/plants to use in his dishes. Given this reputation, the dining experience was sensational and unlike any other vegan foods available in the market today. Introducing Berkshire Pork from Hamlet- the 'wagyu' of the pork world. Almdudler: German soft drink Still the place to go to for meat feast, German bier and Oktoberfest, Brotzeit is located inside 140 Perth arcade. We tried out their new menu ' Berkshire Pork Platter ' which offers a starter, sides and the main platter. First up! German pretzels- dark brown, crispy (but not dry), salty crust and inside a soft plump dough. 😍 Those butter on the platter is there for a reason, so rip the knots apart and dip them into butter! Warm pretzel with salted butter   The sides were spicy wedges and shoestring fries with spices. I love my potato wedges especially with sweet chili and sour cream but they had ketchup and mayo instead - that could be a German thing, cooking or dipping a lot of things in mayo or curry-ketchup/ketchup. 😂 Regardless, those fries were seasoned perfectly, crispy and the most delicious shoestring fries I've tried in Perth...
